To provide access to free, quality health care to those who are medically underserved and to provide education to promote wellness.
ABOUT US
We provide professional healthcare services at no charge to those without insurance or access to medical treatment. Donations are appreciated. Individuals may drop in during the late afternoon clinic on Monday & Thursday starting at 4:30pm and be examined by a licensed medical provider on a first-come, first-served basis.
We provide a health home and continuity of care for patients with chronic medical conditions that require ongoing treatment, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, and respiratory conditions.
We provide on-site educational resources related to health and wellness to empower clients to become masters of their own state of health.
WHO WE SERVE
The Sequim Free Clinic is for those in our community with no health insurance, those who have insurance but can’t afford their co-pays or deductibles and for those who haven’t yet found a primary care provider in the area.
